Deploy a high-definition surveillance system in dining room, back of house, and parking lot to protect against theft, ensure health and safety compliance, manage inventory and food quality control, and boost safety of customers and employees.
Nine employees manage the surveillance system comprised of 25 Avigilon HD 1MP and 2MP cameras, which cover the main entrance and employee entrance, dining rooms, food preparation area, delivery dock, and parking lot, using Avigilon Control Center with High- Definition Stream ManagementTM (HDSMTM). Several Avigilon analog video encoders improve the performance of older analog cameras, which are used inside for general surveillance purposes. Redamak’s stores 30 days of continuous video footage on Avigilon HD Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and several managers use ACC Mobile for remote monitoring.
Redamak’s has improved security for staff and customers while protecting itself against theft and fraud. The restaurant also leverages the Avigilon high-definition surveillance system for health and safety compliance, inventory control, food quality control, and employee performance. Installation of the Avigilon system was seamless, training and 24×7 support is exceptional, and the diner has had no network bandwidth issues to date. The user-friendly Avigilon Control Center software expedites investigations and frees managers for other restaurant-related tasks.
