Service and Maintenance Packages
When you invest in one of our service and maintenance agreements, our dedicated service team will work to minimize the downtime of your system. Our security agreement packages give you peace of mind when it comes to system protection.
When problems occur, our service experts are available to work with you to solve the issue quickly and effectively. Our Gold Package also provides loaner equipment to ensure that your system has the least amount of downtime.
Our service agreements also allow you to budget accurately for future maintenance expenses. As part of your service agreement, our technicians perform maintenance on all components of your system.
Choose Your Package
Intrusion Alarm Package
Limited- Repair or replacement of inoperable equipment including alarm control panel, peripherals, detectors, batteries, cable/connectors
- Normal trip charge – applies at current rates
- Priority onsite response within 4 business days maximum
- Available for new systems and system takeovers
- EXCLUSIONS: Any repairs/replacements caused by obsolescence, lightning, electrical surges, fire, riot, war, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, etc.
Silver Package
Basic- Service call included, does not include materials/equipment (applies to video surveillance, access control, fire alarm)
- 2-hours of no-cost phone support M-F 8am-5pm
- Available loaner equipment at standard rental rates
- Priority onsite response within 4 business days maximum
- 50% discount on current emergency rates (includes after-hours phone support)
- 5% discount on parts and labor which are outside of service agreement
- Exclusions (batteries, lift usage, conduit materials, software updates and related labor)
- EXCLUSIONS: Any repairs/replacements caused by obsolescence, lightning, electrical surges, fire, riot, war, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, etc.
Gold
Preferred- Service call with repair or replacement of inoperable equipment including NVR/DVR, monitor, cameras; fire alarm control panel, peripherals, detectors; access control panel, readers, door release hardware; cable/connectors (applies to video surveillance, access control, fire alarm)
- 4-hours of no-cost phone support M-F 8am-5pm
- 30-minutes of after-hours phone support
- No-cost loaner DVR/NVR
- No exclusions (batteries, lift usage, conduit materials, software updates)
- Priority onsite response within 2 business day maximum
- 50% discount on current emergency rates (includes after-hours phone support)
- 20% discount on parts and labor which are outside of service agreement
- EXCLUSIONS: Any repairs/replacements caused by obsolescence, lightning, electrical surges, fire, riot, war, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, etc.
